Report on the business trip of the AG TECH team to the Consumer Electronics Show
The AG TECH team visited the Consumer Electronics Show, which was held in Las Vegas from January 9 to 12.
The Consumer Electronics Show is the most powerful technology event in the world and is a testing ground for breakthrough technologies and global innovations. This is where brands do business, meet new partners, and take to the stage the sharpest minds in the industry to present their latest releases and boldest breakthroughs. CES is the only trade show that showcases the entire technology landscape in a single event.
More than 4,000 exhibitors, including about 1,200 startups, took part in the exhibition. The event was attended by more than 130,000 visitors.
Within the framework of the exhibition, Alexander Podvalov, Ilya Tokhner, Akim Mezhansky and Akylzhan Kosmanov actively studied the latest technological trends, established business contacts with leading industry leaders and looked for new opportunities for the development of our company and the flagship product of the DMMS production management system.
On the first day of the exhibition, our team visited the stands of such companies as Amazon Ads, AT&T (an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate), Magna International (a company specializing in the development of solutions in the field of electrical engineering) and dSpace (experts in testing analytics of electric cars).
There were held successful negotiations with representatives of Caterpillar (one of the world's largest manufacturers of construction and mining equipment) regarding the seamless integration of the DMMS system with CAT equipment.
A meeting was also held with representatives of IBM (one of the world's largest manufacturers and suppliers of hardware and software), at which the prospects for cooperation between AG TECH and IBM were discussed.
On the second day, there was a focus on companies that are actively using artificial intelligence to improve their products. Potential partners were identified whose solutions could be integrated with the DMMS system to expand its functionality, including the areas of personnel positioning and medical clearance. In particular, a productive dialogue took place with representatives of Nuralogix (Canadian medical tech company).
In the final, the study of AI technologies continued, with an emphasis on companies that, in their opinion, have a great chance of conquering the market thanks to their innovative products.
Based on the results of the exhibition, AG TECH is considering the prospects for cooperation with such companies as Caterpillar, IBM and Nuralogix. It is planned to work out partnerships in detail and identify specific areas of joint work for further development and strengthening of positions in the electronics market.
