Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the Qarmet dispatch center created by AG TECH based on the DMMS system
During a working visit to the Karaganda region, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the new Dispatch and Analytical Center of the Coal Department of the steel and mining company Qarmet. This center was created by the Kazakh company AG TECH in collaboration with partners as part of the enterprise's digitalization project and the implementation of an innovative domestic industrial production management system, DMMS.
The President was briefed on the innovations in industrial safety for Karaganda miners, made possible by the new center's operations. The center is designed for centralized monitoring, control, and coordination of the enterprise's production processes. It represents a unified digital system where all production information from Qarmet's Coal Department facilities converges in real-time.
During the presentation, the President was shown the operation of the main modules of the DMMS system and the hardware implemented by the leading global manufacturer of underground radio communication equipment, Mine Radio Systems.

- Personnel search in emergency situations

- Underground digital radio communication
The President also spoke via video link with miners from the "Saranskaya" mine, who were underground at a depth of 620 meters.
In conclusion, the President thanked the miners for their hard work and emphasized the importance of safety in their challenging job. He highly praised the latest technologies and capabilities of the center and expressed confidence in its high effectiveness for the company's further development.
