5th Anniversary International Digital Forum "Digital Almaty" 2023

On February 2-3, the V anniversary International Digital Forum "Digital Almaty 2023: Digital Partnership in a New reality" was held in Almaty.

Digital Almaty is the largest dialogue platform for discussing the digital agenda, new digital transformation strategies and trends in the field of digital technologies. Every year, the scale of the event reaches new heights, attracting the interest of the IT community, representatives of Kazakh and foreign businesses, government agencies and the media.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Almaty, Tech Garden and Astana Hub.

This year, the Industry 4.0 exhibition was organized at the forum for the first time, where representatives of large Kazakhstani companies presented the best solutions in the field of ecology, digitalization, automation, digital twins, industrial safety, etc. The domestic supplier of IT services, AG TECH company, did not stand aside either, which presented its innovative product for managing the production processes of industrial enterprises, which has no analogues - the DMMS (Digital Monitoring & Management System) information system. The functionality of the system solves the issues of industrial safety in production, as well as improving the efficiency of production processes. On February 3, within the framework of the forum, AG TECH was given the opportunity to present its product not only to commercial organizations, but also to attract the attention of the heads of government of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The CEO of the Company and the author of the DMMS system, Alexander Podvalov, presented the functionality of the information system, spoke about the advantages and effectiveness of its implementation at enterprises, about the projects implemented for the MMC of Kazakhstan and further plans for scaling the product and using DMMS in various fields of activity. "DMMS is a tool for monitoring, analytics and management of all production cycles of industrial enterprises. The DMS functionality is designed in accordance with the requirements of Industrial Safety Regulations for hazardous production facilities conducting mining and geological exploration.

The main solutions of DMMS are:

• Transport Infrastructure Management;

• Positioning of personnel and mobile equipment;

• Fatigue monitoring system for equipment operators;

• Vibration diagnostics and temperature control systems for stationary equipment;

• Aerogas control system;

• Electronic task management system, etc.

Our task is to automate industrial enterprises in order to ensure safe production and increase the efficiency of business processes.

At the moment, DMMS has been successfully implemented at 67 mines of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP and is replicated at 11 mines of the Corporation. Thanks to the cooperation with Kazakhmys, we got the opportunity to test our product in combat mode, and we can confidently declare the effectiveness of its use." – said Alexander.
