Askhat has experience and comprehensive skills in the areas of management, sales, marketing, and business engineering.

As the Managing Director of AG TECH, he plays a key role in project implementation in all of AG TECH’s business units. He exercises comprehensive management in the field of sales, procurement, logistics, marketing in the company, as well as training personnel, including the development of the company’s business strategy, determining and shaping the sales channels, monitoring of the company’s operations, evaluating the overall performance of the company and taking actions for improvement.

Ilya currently serves as Head of Business Development at AG TECH, and is responsible for expanding AG TECH's business lines both locally, and abroad. Additionally, bringing Silicon Valley "know-how" to the firm and bridging the technology gap between Kazakhstan and the United States/Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining AG TECH, Ilya Tokhner formerly served as CEO of Alpha Investing for nearly four years. He now advises the firm on business development and strategic partnerships. Ilya was named among the “52 Hottest New Stars in Silicon Valley” by Business Insider in 2014.

Prior to Alpha Investing, Ilya was the first employee and Head of Business Development at Fond.co (formerly AnyPerk), a Y-Combinator company. Ilya was instrumental in taking the company from zero to over $2M in annual recurring revenue and built a team of 55 in just 2.5 years.

Prior to Fond.co, Ilya headed Business Development at Bina Technologies, a Stanford spin off venture, which has raised $17.2M in funding. Prior to Bina, Ilya worked in International Sales at Boeing.

Dmitry is a multi-skilled specialist in design and advertising with over 16 years of experience. Over the past 7 years, he has gained impressive experience in the field of analytics systems for industrial enterprises. He has been directly involved in the development of interior design for operations control centers and analytics centers.

Currently, Dmitry is a key designer of the DMMS information system and other information products produced by AG TECH.

Before AG TECH, he had worked for five years as the chief designer and project manager at the Institute of Engineering and Information Technology of Kazakh-British Technical University.

Dmitry has been involved in more than a hundred projects of varying complexity, including software interfaces, mobile applications, websites, interiors, facades, printing, brand books and videos. His solid experience in the development of various design software packages allows us to regard Dmitry as a versatile expert in the field of modern commercial design.

Dmitry graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology (West Kazakhstan Region, Uralsk) and was awarded a bachelor's degree with honors in Computer Control Systems and Data Processing.

Member of PMI, Project Management Professional (PMP). She has more than 10 years of experience in business analytics, systems analysis and IT project management. Managed the development of public sector, quasi-public sector and construction systems.

In 2002 he graduated from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University (KSU) with a degree in Applied Mathematics.
